Right From My Kitchen: cashew chicken!

We shot a series of Right From Ross' Kitchen episodes a few months (& about 10 pounds) ago and episode #2 was just released!

Here I am cooking a recipe submitted by a real Jenny Craig client that mixes the Jenny Cashew Chicken (yum) with fresh veggies (including fresh ginger - double yum!)!

So without further ado, come on into my kitchen!

  5. Hey gang~~~~~~~~~~~
Hope everyone is having a wonderful Tuesday night. Work is going great but I am worn out!! Oh just a BTW today in Memphis was the end of Elvis Week. They always end it on the anniversary of his death. They will leave open the part to Graceland that goes by his grave. I have heard one time it was open until 2am. They try to leave it open so every fan can go through.

  7. Good Wednesday morning gang! I hope you all have a happy humping day!

No problem Cherrish. Things have been wonderful the past few days, now that the extreme heat has moved out, after 2 months of high 90's low 100's and heat index's near 110 let me tell ya 90 feels like winter time, lol! I was dinally able to transplant a mum that was in need of a new home without worrying about passing out from digging it up and digging a new hole. I'm pleased to hear you are enjoying the new job, now don't forget to pack your Jeff Gordon lunch pail. Tehee! ***gets the hell out of dodge***

  9. Gee, I sneak away for a few days and Ross is cooking and Dale is humping and all hell breaks loose! LOL

Just got back from 4 days of camping and trying to go to the NASCAR races in Watkins Glen, NY. Race got rained out Sunday (yes, we sat under the stands in the rain for 3 hours waiting for it to run or be called off) and it was run between rain showers Monday morning. It was a very wet/damp weekend with millions of laughs and, ahem, some beer. Woohoo!!

Ross, great vid! You seem so at home when you're cooking. Love cashew chicken!

Dale, don't hurt your back on the trapeze again this hump day!

Whabby, welcome home and glad you had a good trip! What the hell are you talking about over on FB? LOL

Karen, welcome home to the bay! Hope the sun is out and you can stretch out and relax! Sunny and hot here and it never looked quite so good! We have the tent set up in our back yard to dry out! LOL

Cherrish, just delighted that your new job is so great! Cody must miss you being home after school?

Eddie =-- shoutout to you! Hi there!

SoCal, how's biz? Time for a family update from you! :)

Cee, see above about our camping outing. Oy! LOL Nothing like a damp bra for 4 days. ROFL

Heys and hellos to all you great Rossbloggers!

  11. Hi Katie - welcome back. Sorry to hear about the rain and the damp bra (sounds very unpleasant). But, sounds like you still had a good time.

Cherrish - Glad to hear your work is great. And, I think I read in a previous post that Cody is doing well in school - that's wonderful!!

I'm heading out to my water aerobics class. I'm going twice a week. And, I try to work out twice a week. I love the water aerobics class - I'm so relaxed when I'm done. It doesn't feel like a workout at all!

    Happy Wednesday to all ~
